Things you should know about us.

#1. You are special! Every light is made-to-order: in other words, we don’t stock. Each fixture is handmade to your order specification.

#2. Not everything we make is available online…..(yet)! If you do have a catalog and can’t find the specific product, rest assured we still make it, just call to place your order.

#3. Did you know you can download our catalogs? In our efforts to go green, we’ve stopped printing them. You can download each individual catalog right from the site. Otherwise, just browse the site! (Our price list is also available to download, so you’re up-to-date with our direct prices.)

#4. We sell direct. You can not find our fixtures in any other lighting department or other online source. We make and sell everything right here from Wisconsin.

#5. The one and only! Our only showroom is in Milwaukee, WI. however we provide lighting nationally and our fixtures can be seen from the East to the West coasts and even in Africa and Ireland!  Although we have only one showroom, we can look at your plans to suggest fixtures for a project or give advice for that one tricky room over the phone.  We also make regional site visits (including the Chicago area) to assist customers.

#6. We have a sample program. If you are  nowhere near our Milwaukee Showroom and just can’t decide which size lantern best fits your house, we can send you sample frames to get a better perspective. We regularly provide potential customers with sample product to verify scale, quality of construction, finish and style.

#7. Need to see which finish goes best? Order finish and glass samples to see the difference.
